The centre of the flat is kept completely open — the kitchen island runs on into the dining table, while the living area turns towards the window. The black shelving block along the wall carries the television, books and the fireplace as a single element.
The palette stays short: off-white walls, pale oak floor, black metal and two touches of colour — the olive sofa and the leather armchair. The material board shows how the marble and timber textures meet.
